The current real estate market in the Bay Area is still considered a sellers marker for now.

However, I think it is heading for a correction based on the fact that mortgage rates are going up faster than normal due to inflationary pressures.

Jose (Esteban) Guedez  started his career in real estate back in 1999 as a loan officer for Bank of America where he helped many of his clients achieve the American Dream of home ownership.

 After that he moved to Washington Mutual,  also as a loan officer until 2003 when he decided to become a mortgage broker so he could have more tools to help his clients achieve not only their personal but also their financial goals.

In 2004 he decided to do both real estate and mortgages as this allowed him to provide his clients with a more complete array of services given that he could use his expertise in both mortgage brokering and real estate. Based on his experience he can ensure his clients a smooth and pleasant transaction.

In 2007 after obtaining his California Broker’s license decided to become independent and founded Fairbank Realty Group, a small real estate company located in San Rafael.

He is dedicated to his clients; the advantage being each and every client will get special attention due to the size of the company.

Jose (Esteban) is also bi-lingual; Spanish is his first language as he was born and raised in Venezuela.
